We can overcome any access issues you may have at your collection and/or delivery address with foresight.

With the right budget available from the customer, New Horizons can, with foresight, enough time, planning and information, arrange to move items using the following equipment:

Scissor lifts, cranes, cherry pickers, external elevators/furniture lifts, transhipment/ferry vehicles, forklift trucks, powered stair climbing sack trucks for items such as safes and fire proof cabinets, roller cages, encasement or crating and scaffolding (with winch).

We also have the equipment and expertise to move upright and concert grand pianos.

Specialist equipment is used when the external and/or internal (stairs) accesses are too restricted.

Specialist crates and lifting equipment can be used to offer fragile and high value items the greatest level of protection to avoid a potential hazard.

The use of such equipment is bespoke and advanced notice is required to enable us to put the preparations in place.
