House Removals

New Horizons are an experienced company that carry out removals using modern vehicles and today’s best practices with or without a packing service complete with top of the range protective furniture covers and durable removal blankets.

Every move is individual and should be planned individually taking into account all the variables associated with a move.

The main variables are: amount of packing and materials required, volume and weight of goods being moved, vehicular accesses, amount of dismantling, key release time and the customers’ wishes.

These variables will be identified through a combination of New Horizons' observations, experience and information supplied by the customer via a pre-move survey.

We also have the equipment, sufficient knowledge and expertise to move upright and concert grand pianos.

If your move means that you are going into temporary/rented accommodation, we have a fully insured and secure warehouse to store your items on a short or long term basis.

We can pack and wrap your most treasured items and use furniture covers to protect your furniture whilst in transit and in storage.

A majority of moves are tied to financial completion (buying and selling on the same day). Rest assured, we know how the moving process works so a schedule will be put into place for a smooth relocation.

Some other removal companies charge extra for late key release - we do not. Through experience, we know that on your completion day, the keys will be released at some point prior to 5pm. We factor this into our quotation, therefore we do not charge for late key release.
